Delivery

• UK DELIVERY

Please allow up to 14 days to receive your order in the UK, I will be hand making your jewellery. If you need something last minute for a birthday for example then just drop me a quick email before ordering to find out what is possible.

Orders over £30 will be sent out as Royal Mail 24 hour tracked delivery (not signed for). Orders under £25 will be sent Royal Mail First Class. 

You will receive a dispatch notification when your order has been sent out.

CHRISTMAS  - Please note that at Christmas delivery times can be longer and there will be a cut off date for orders to arrive in time for Christmas day.

• INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

At this time I do not generally send internationally due to increased costs (2025), please contact me if you live outside the Uk and would like to order something and I can give you a postal quote.

If you are an international customer (including EU customers), you may need may to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee in the receiving country before you can claim your parcel. These charges will depend on the country your order has been sent to and the value of the item. Please check with your country’s customs and border control for more info on this. Crane Jewellery cannot be held responsible for any charges incurred when importing items into your country.

• WRAPPING

All items come boxed with no prices showing.

• GIFTS

If you are buying a present for someone I am happy to write a message from you and send it straight out to them. Drop me an email with the message you would like included.

• RETURNS

I want you to be happy with your item therefore items can be returned for a full refund apart from earrings due to hygiene reasons. Earrings can only be returned if they are faulty,

You have 30 days to return any items and I will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

If you need to return a non earring item then in the first instance please email me to let me know you are returning the item. I will need your bank details to issue a refund and you will need to pay for the postage and packaging to return the item.

Please obtain proof of postage at the post office.
