Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your item therefore all items can be returned for a full refund apart from earrings due to hygiene reasons. You have 30 days to return any items and I will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

If you need to return a non earring item then in the first instance please email me to let me know you are returning the item. I will need your bank details to issue a refund and you will need to pay for the postage  and packaging to return the item. Please obtain proof of postage at the post office.
